A Satisfied Client & The Reasons Why SolarPVExchange was the Preferred Solar Installer
Ever since last November, SolarPVExchange has helped numerous households go solar and save on their electricity bills through UOB's U-Solar programme which allows customers to pay for a solar system in Singapore via a 36 months zero-interest instalment plan or via their UOB Credit Card, which allows them to accumulate points and rewards.
Today, we would like to share about a project that was featured on Straits Times.
As a landed homeowner, Ms Ho reached out to SolarPVExchange as she wanted to do her part by switching to a more renewable source of energy. Ms Ho knew for a fact that solar power is a viable source of renewable energy, if not, the most practical option in Singapore due to the abundance of sunlight and heat.
SolarPVExchange's ability to deliver on Ms Ho's requirements had left her deeply impressed. Read on to find what she has to say!
Short Turnaround Time
The project was signed off just before Christmas in Dec 2019. Ms Ho had explicitly stated that she wanted all works to be completed, preferably before Lunar New Year which was on the 25th of Jan 2019. This was a challenge by the SolarPVExchange team as a few of us were clearing our leave during the end year period. The team however, understood the client's requirements and decided to work in double-quick time to fulfil the client's request of completing installation works before the Lunar New Year home visits.
Wanting to deliver on Ms Ho's requirements, the SolarPVExchange team managed to complete all works in January 2020. Ms Ho was very pleased with the team's professionalism and with the quality of the installation. During the installation phase, the SolarPVExchange team took special care to ensure that there was minimal disruption to the lives of Ms Ho's and her family's. Ms Ho was also appreciative that she was able to pay for the solar system with her UOB Credit Card, accumulate points and earn rewards.
'Being able to pay by credit card allows me to defer my monthly payments, which could be accumulated, then translated into points and rewards',
commented Ms Ho
Quality of Installation
One reason why SolarPVExchange was picked as the preferred solar installer was because we offered Ms Ho, the latest monocrystalline solar panels in Singapore with the highest power output per panel available, at the time when the project was signed. This was an important factor for Ms Ho as she wanted to maximize her roof space and have the biggest system size possible for this long-time investment. Have a read about the different types of solar panels.
SolarPVExchange's track record and level of knowledge also gave Ms Ho the assurance and confidence to proceed with the project, knowing that she was in good hands. Click here for our Project References.
