30.53 kWp Residential Solar PV System

1. Consultation, assessment and site visit

  • Email to enquiries@solarpvex.com with your roof plan, postal code and past 3 months electricity consumption and our team will get back to you with a quote and a site visit.

2. Confirmation

  • Once you are happy with our recommendation and quote (we use the latest tier 1 solar products to ensure highest quality and power output), sign on the quotation and pay a deposit.
  • We will then order the solar products and installation will begin shortly once the products arrive.

3. Installation

  • Installation will take about 1-2 weeks after products arrive (which can take up to 2-3 months pending on shipping) and after that, we will also provide training on how to maintain and monitor your system via the solar application.
  • There is also a 1 year after sales service support should you need more info.
  • We will then order the solar products and installation will begin shortly once the products arrive.

4. Commission and Maintenance

  • Our systems are endorsed by our Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and commissioner by Singapore Power Our systems also come with 3 service maintenance (spread over 3 years, once a year) with online monitoring.

5. Sellback

  • Pending on your existing retailer, any excess solar energy generated from the solar pv system and unused during the day by the household may be sold back to grid thus giving the owner more savings in terms of rebate.
