Lawrence Wu has more than 13 years of experience in investment banking, specializing in M&A and restructurings, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangements and de-listings of public companies. He has worked in DBS Bank, Macquarie and BNP Paribas, spanning Southeast Asia and HK/China.
